KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the undersigned being the owners and
proprietors of the following described, to wit: A tract of land located in
the Northeast quarter of Section 1, Township 6 North, Range 69 West of the
6th P.M., Latimer County, Colorado, being more particularly described as
follows: Considering the North line of said Northeast quarter as bearing
