Thence continuing along the south property line of said Lot 2, North 89055145" West, 130.00 feet; thence leaving said south property line and continuing North 000 04' 15" East, 60.00 feet; thence South 890 55' 45" East, 125.95 feet to a point on the Mason Street Right -of -Way; Thence along the Mason Street Right -of -Way, 60.14 feet along the arc of a curve to the left, whose radius is 2629.02 feet, central angle is 010 18' 3811, and whose chord bears South 030 47' 14" East a distance of 60.14 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, and as further illustrated on the attached Exhibit A. The undersigned reserves the right to use the easement area in a manner not inconsistent with the purpose of the easement granted and in a manner not to diminish or impair the function or operation of the detention pond located in the easement area. It is understood by the undersigned that, by acceptance of this dedication, the City of Fort Collins does not have the duty to maintain the easement.
