EASEMENT DEDICATION
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the undersigned being the owner of
Lot 3, Block 4, Evergreen Park, City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer,
State of Colorado, do hereby dedicate and convey to the City of Fort Collins
for public use forever hereafter two drainage easements described as follows:
The East 20.00 feet of Lot 3, Block 4, Evergreen Park, and also
Begin at the Southwest corner of Lot 3, Block 4, Evergreen
Park, and run thence North 100.00 feet to the North line of
said Lot 3; thence along said North line, East 85.00 feet;
thence South 15.00 feet; thence West 40.00 feet; thence South
60.00 feet; thence East 110.00 feet; thence South 25.00 feet
to the South line of said Lot 3; thence along said South line,
West 155.00 feet to the point of beginning.
It is understood by the undersigned that, by acceptance of this dedication,
the City of Fort Collins does not have the duty to maintain the easement.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS That the undersigned teeing the owners and
proprietors of the following described land do hereby dedicate and convey
to the owners of Nokomis Subdivision, over the following described parcel,
an easement for grading purposes only, situate in the Northwest '' of Section
1, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the 6th P.M., City of Fort Collins,
County of Larimer, State of Colorado, which begins at a point on the East
