EASEMENT DEDICATION
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the undersigned, being owners of the
following described land, to -wit, do hereby dedicate and convey to the City
of Fort Collins forever hereafter a utility and drainage easement described
as follows:
A 20.00 foot wide utility easement situate in Tract "C", Sundance
Hills - Filing Two, which considering the East line of the
Northwest ; of Section 1, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of
the 6th P.M., City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State
of Colorado, as bearing S 00' 00' 23" E and with all bearings
contained herein relative thereto which begins at a point which
bears S 00' 00' 23" E 439.73 feet and again. N 89" 56' 14" W 40.00
feet and again S 00' 00' 23" E 757.12 feet and again N 69' 18'
30" W 516.84 feet from the North a corner of said Section 1 and
run thence N 69' 18' 30" W 256.04 feet; thence N 20" 41' 30"
E 20.00 feet; thence S 69' 18' 30" E 256.04 feet; thence S 20'
41' 30" W 20.00 feet to the point of beginning.
