WHEREAS, heretofore a written petition was presented to the Council
i.t,r. City of Fort Collins in substantial compliance with the provisions of

EL IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINSt
Section 1. That after due consideration of the petition for annex*
the petition for the annexation of all the territory in what is known sad
14ere:ribed as the Alvin L. Miller First Foothills Annexation to the City of Fort
':,Bins, Colorado, as shown by the plat thereof annexed to said petition and which
is more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
A tract land situate in the Southeast f Section
16, Town_ .nip 7 North, Range 69 West, of L.m Sixth P.M.,
Larimer County, Colorado, which, considering the East
line of said Southeast k as bearing N. 00*32' W. and
with all bearings contained herein relative thereto,
is contained within the boundary lines which begin at
a point which bears N. 89*43*30" W. 1311.96 feet from
the Northeast corner of said Southeast k and run thence
S. 00022'30" E. 1319.64 feet; thence N. 89'41' W. 381.07
feet; thence N. 00*15' E. 69.11 feet; thence N. 89*45'
W. 210.00 feet; thence N. 00*15' E. 120.00 feet; thence
N. 89045' W. 20.00 feet; thence N. 00'15' E. 600.00 feet;
thence S. 89*45' E. 13.00 feet; thence N. 00*15' E. 270.00
feet; thence S. 89'45' E. 135.00 feet; thence N. 00*15' E.
260.00 feet; thence S. 89045' E. 448.67 feet to the point
of beginning, containing 16.905 acres, more or less;
ir.:; ac;;apted and approved aad that said territory be annexed and made a part
ot. 1-ac City of Fort Collins and be included within the limits and jurisdiction

Lots 1, 2 32 4, 5, and 6 of Tract F

District, and that the City Clerk be and he is hereby authorised and directed to
p,cpare certified copies of this ordinance, to each of which shall be attached
a plat of said Alvin L. Miller First Foothills Annexation to the City of Fort
Collins, Colorado, and shall file a copy thereof in the office of the Clerk and
ddc,;.order of the County of Latimer, and another copy thereof in the office of the
Clerk of the City of Fort Collins, together with a certified copy of said petition

Stato of The State of Colorado.
Section 2. That in accepting and approving the plat of the Alvin L.
Miller First Foothills Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, the City of Fort

se ar lines, gas mains, electric light lines or other services or utilities with
respect to service of said addition, except as may be required and provided by
U- miners of the property within the limits of said addition in compliance with
IJ-• terms and provisions of Chapter 15, Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort
i:nllins, Colorado, 1958, as amended, relating to local and public improvements.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered published
23rd day of January, A. D., 1964, and to be presented for final passage on
