:+CCLPTING AND APPROVING THE PLAT OF WHAT IS KNOwN AS THE
VL1 .ST FAIRVIEW "WEST" AMU RATION TO THE CITY OF FORT
COLLIN3 ,idiD TO BE INCLUDED WITHIN THE LIMITS AND JURIS-
JlCTION THJ;REOF, PURSUANT TO THE AUTHORITY CONTAINED IN

WHEREAS. heretofore a written petition was presented to the Coumoil
of the City of Fort Collins in substantial compliance with the provisions of
article 11, Chapter 139, Colorado Revised Statutes. by the owners of more
t.:unri fifty per cent (50%) of the area and who comprise the majority of land-
awasts residing in the area of land embraced in what is known as the First
Fairview "West" Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, wherein and whereby
usicl patitiouars petitioned the City of Fort Collins for annexation of all the
tsrriL'ory embraced in what is known as the First Fairview "west" Annexation
to Lisa City of; Fort Collins, Colorado, comprising the lands shown in the plat
L:xareof attached to said petition and more particularly described as herein-

WHEREAS, said petition was accepted by the Council of the City of

ordiaanco approving the annexation of said territory and including the some
witnin the limits and jurisdiction of the City of Fort Collins was duly

WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins has found that the
Petition and tba docxssasts thereto attached mast the requirements of Article It,,

and no objection to annexation having been made;

Section 1. That after due eonsideratioa of the petition fog annexation,
the petition for the annexation of all the territory in what is known and
described As the First Fairview "west" Annexation to the City of Fort Coll,",
Colorado, as shown by the plat thereof annexed to said petition and which is
more particularly described as follows, to -wit,
