KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the undersigned, Geneva
Homes, Inc., being the owners of the following described land,
to -wit:
Lot 25, Block 8, Sunstone Village P.U.D., 4th Filing
being a portion of Harmony Annexation #3 to the City of
Fort Collins, Colorado also being a portion of the south
half of the northwest quarter of Section 32, Township 7
North, Range 68 West of the 6th p.m., County of Larimer,
State of Colorado.
do hereby dedicate, transfer and convey to the City of Fort
Collins, Colorado, for public use forever a permanent 5.56 foot
wide easement for utility, access and drainage in the City of
Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado more
particulary described as follows:
A public access, drainage, and utility easement on, over
and across a portion of Lot 25, Block 8, Sunstone
Village P.U.D. 4th subdivision, City of Fort Collins,
Colorado according to the plat on file in the office of
the Clerk and Recorder, County of Larimer, State of
Colorado being more particularly described as:
Said easement shall include the East 5.56 feet of said
Lot 25.
It is understood by the undersigned that, by acceptance of this
dedication, the City of Fort Collins will not accept the duty of
maintenance of such easement.
