CHAPTER 139, COLORADO REVISED STATUTES, 1953

City cf Fort Collins in substantial compliance with the provisions of
_t c: 11, Chapter 139, Colorado Revised Statutes, 1953, by the owners of
=ty per ccnt (50%) of the area and who comprise the majority of
:c id:n0 ir. area of land embraced in what is known as the
_ Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, wherein and
c y s id _,e` tioacrs petitioned the City of Fort Collins for annexation
-..0 territory embraced in what is known as the Fahrenbruch
to tha City of Fort Collins, Colorado, comprising the lands shown
thereof attached to said petition and more particularly described

C IliaLo by resolution passed and adopted on December 16, 1965, and
notice for hearing on the 27' day of January,. 1966, on
