An easement for utility purposes over the Westerly 20 feet of the FORT COLLINS SECOND AND HARMONY P.U.D., a part of the Southeast one -quarter of Section 34, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the 6th P.M., City of Fort Collins, State of Colorado., more particularly described as follows: Considering the South line of said Southeast one -quarter of Section 34 as bearing South 89°56'16" West and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto.
