Temporary Drainage Easement For Dedication: A detention easement situate in a part of Block 22 and the West ? of a vacated street adjacent to and East of said Block 22 which begins at a point which bears S 89' 57' W 1950.00 feet and again South 320.42 feet from the East ' corner of Section 2, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the 6th P.M. and run thence South 168.00 feet to a point on the North line of Hemlock Street; thence West 143.00 feet along the said North line; thence N 22' 35' W 177.00 feet; thence North 69.00 feet; thence East 65.00 feet; thence S 66' 11' E 159.56 feet to the point of beginning.
