EASEMENT DEDICATION
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the undersigned, being the owners of
the following described land to -wit, do hereby dedicate and convey for public
use forever a permanent drainage easement and a temporary drainage easement
for detention as described below:
Permanent Drainage Easement: A ten -foot wide drainage easement
situate in a part of Block 22, Riverside Park, City of Fort
Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado, five feet on either
side of the centerline which begins at a point on the South
right-of-way of Hickory Street which bears S 89' 57' W 1950.00
feet and again South 38.42 feet and again West 285.40 feet from
the East ''' corner of Section 2, Township 7 North, Range 69 West
of the 6th P.M. and run thence South 450.00 feet to a point on
the North right-of-way line of Hemlock Street.
Temporary Drainage Easement For Dedication: A detention easement
situate in a part of Block 22 and the West ? of a vacated street
adjacent to and East of said Block 22 which begins at a point
which bears S 89' 57' W 1950.00 feet and again South 320.42 feet
from the East ' corner of Section 2, Township 7 North, Range 69
West of the 6th P.M. and run thence South 168.00 feet to a point
on the North line of Hemlock Street; thence West 143.00 feet along
the said North line; thence N 22' 35' W 177.00 feet; thence North
69.00 feet; thence East 65.00 feet; thence S 66' 11' E 159.56
feet to the point of beginning.

EASEMENT DEDICATION
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the undersigned, Joe M.
Padia, being the owner of the following described land, to -wit:
A tract of land situate in the South Half of Section 2,
Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the 6th P.M.,
including a portion of Lots 19 through 28 in Block 25 of
Riverside Park Subdivision, City of Fort Collins, County
of Larimer, State of Colorado, which considering the
north line of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 2 as
bearing North 8905510011 East and with all bearings
contained herein relative thereto, and being more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the center one -quarter corner of said
Section 2; thence South 0001110011 West, a distance of
287.80 feet; thence South 8905610011 West, a distance of
20.00 feet; thence North 0001110011 East a distance of
287.78 feet; thence North 8905510011 East, a distance of
20.00 feet to the point of beginning.
Said tract of land contains 5,755.84 square feet, more
or less,
does hereby grant to the City of Fort Collins, a Colorado municipal
corporation, an access easement across said property for use by
emergency vehicles only. Grantor reserves the right to use said
property for any purpose, including access, which does not
interfere with the rights granted to Grantee.
The undersigned understands and agrees that by accepting this
dedication, the City of Fort Collins does not accept any duty of
maintenance of such easement.
