EASEMENT DEDICATION
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the undersigned, Tri-Trend
Inc., a Colorado Corporation, being the owner of the following
described land, to -wit: Lots 61, 62, 63, 64 and 65, Rossborough,
Forth Filing, does hereby dedicate, transfer and convey to the City
of Fort Collins, Colorado, for public use forever a permanent 25.00
foot wide easement for drainage in the City of Fort Collins, County
of Larimer, State of Colorado, more particularly described as
follows:
BEGINNING at the Southwest Corner of said Lot 61, thence
S89°43100"E, 190.25 feet along the South lines of said Lots 61, 62
and 63 to the Southeast Corner of said•Lot 63;
Thence N0000010011E, 25.00 feet along the East line of said Lot 63;
Thence N8904310011W, 190.25 feet to the West line of said Lot 61;
Thence S00000100"W, 25.00 feet along the West line of said Lot61 to
the POINT OF BEGINNING;
ALSO
BEGINNING at the Southwest Corner of said Lot 64, thence
S89°43'00"E, 105.25 feet along the South line of said Lots 64 and
65 to the Southeast Corner of said Lot 65;
Thence N0000010011E, 25.00 feet along the East line of said Lot 65;
Thence N8904310011W, 114.94 feet to the Westerly line of said Lot
64;
Thence S21008'40"E, 26.86 feet along the Westerly line of said Lot
64 to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
It is understood by the undersigned that, by acceptance of this
dedication, the City of Fort Collins will not accept the duty of
maintenance of such easement.
