DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT DEDICATION
Everitt Enterprises Limited Partnership No. 1, a Colorado limited partnership, being the owner and
proprietor of the land described on "Exhibit A," attached and incorporated by this reference, dedicates, trans-
fers, and conveys to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado for public use a permanent drainage and utility easement
in the City of Fort Collins, Larimer County, Colorado, more particularly described on said "Exhibit A. --
The owner acknowledges that, by acceptance of this Dedication, the City of Fort Collins does not accept
the duty of maintenance of such easement.
