ORDINANCE. NO. 11 , 1970,
BEING AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN TERRITORY TO THE CITY OF FORT (I LINE. (,
MIERFAS, the property hereinafter described has for more than three (3) yurcrs 6-
entirely contained within the boundaries of the City of Port Collins; and
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Collins desires to annex said property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF TUFT CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
Section 1. That all of the territory more particularly described as situate K t
County of Larimer, State of Colorado, to -wit:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of the NI'Q of the SEN of Section 9, Toyn- -
ship 7 North, Range 69 West of the 6th P. M, which is a point on the Som l!
line of the West LaPorte Avenue Second Annexation to the City of Fort Collie;_:,
and is the true point of beginning; thence S. 89039115" E. along said
Annexation, 330.00 feet to a point on the Maxwell's First Annexation to ,r,,
City of Fort Collins; thence S. 00005,00" E. along said Annoxnti-on, 261 .0(!
feet; thence N. 89039115" W. along said Annexation, 330.00 feet; thuncc N.
00005100" W, along said Annexation, 264.00 feet to the true point of
beginning;
be be and it hereby is annexed to the City of Fort Collins and made a part of sail Ci-t;, i.
be known as the West IAPorte Avenue .fourth Annexation.
Section 2. That in annexing said territory to the City of Fort Collins, the Ciiy'
Fort Collins does not assume any obligation respecting the construction of wat,, nal�
sewer lines, gas mains, electric service lines, streets or any other services or uti!'�,
in connection with territory hereby annexed except as may be provided by the uyd in,c.,
the City of Fort Collins.
Section 3. Within ninety (90) days from the date this ordinance becomes rVectik
no building permit shall be issued for any of the lands herein described unless s:V
have been zoned under the zoning ordinances of the City.
