WIIERF:AS, The City of Fort Collins desires to annex the property more particularly
described below; and
WHEREAS, a resolution setting forth the intent of the City C°Ln1Cil to annex said area
has heretofore been adopted; and
WHEREAS, after notice and hearing as provided for in Sections 139-21-7 and 1 9-,
Colorado Revised Statutes, 1963, as amended, the City Council has entered its findinp�
determinations that the proposed annexation complies with the provisions of Section ley.

Section 1. That all of the territory more parti-cularly described as situate in tho
County of Larimer, State of Colorado, to -wit:
Commencing at the SE. corner of the NE', of Section 9, Township 7 North, Rance
69 West of the 6th P. b1„ which is the Northeast corner of Maxwell's First
Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, and also the point of

Southwest corner of the LaPorte Avenue Annexation to the City of Fort Collins;

be and it hereby is annexed to the City of Fort Collins and made a part of said City, to
be known as the West LaPorte Avenue Third Annexation.
Section 2, That in annexing said territory to the City of Fort Collins, the City of
Fort Collins does not assume any obligation respecting the construction of water nurins,
sewer lines, gas mains, electric service lines, streets or any other services or utilti
in connection with territory hereby annexed except as may be provided by the ordinances oC
the City of Fort Collins.
Section 3. Within ninety (90) days from the date this ordinance becomes effective, uc
building permit shall be issued for any of the lands herein described unless said lam -is
have been zoned under the zoning ordinances of the City.
