L'HEREAS, the City Council has found and deternuned and does hereby find and determine
that said petition is in substantihl compliance With the provisions of Colorado R,viscd
Statutes, 1963, s 137-21-6, as amended; and
PJI PHAS, the owners of one hundred per cent of the property to be annexed have
petitioned for said annexation; and
Mlld',FAS, not less than one -sixth of the perimeter of the area to be annexed is con-
tiguous with the City of Port Collins and a conounity of interest exists beta,en the
territory to he annexed and the City of Fort Collins and the territory to be annexed is
urban or will be urbanized in the near future and such territory is integrated or is
capable of being Mcgraled with the City of Fort Collins; and
MIERFAS, non, of the provisions of Colorado Revised Statutes, 1963, N 139-21-4, as
amended, are violated by the annexation of this territory to the City of Fort Collins; and
1WHIMIAS, no election is required under the provision of Colorado Revised Statutes,
1963, § 139-21-6 (2), and no additional terns and conditions are to be imposed in connection
with this annexation; and
I'dllliRliAS, the territory is eligible for annexation and the City Council desires to annex
the same to the City of Fort Collins.
