1. All plant materials shall be in accordance with A.A.N. specifications for number
one grade.
2. All planting beds shall be mulched with a 2-3 inch depth of redwood mulch
over a layer of Terrabond or similar landscape frabic.

7. All plant material shall be guaranteed by the contractor for a period of at W
least two years from the date of work acceptance.

8. Size and height requirements of plant material are not subject to change in
the field. The installed landscaping must comply with the approved plan and plant d

9. The following separation distances must be maintained: Trees must be a
minimum of 10 feet from any water and sewer mains, services etc. Shrubs must be N

11. A permit must be obtained from the city Forester before any trees or shrubs p o O 3

U 12. The developer shall contact the City Forester to inspect all street tree
