11. How were Harmony Road and Ziegler Road dedicated?
12. What is tract A, B, C, who owns and maintains?

The list above was based upon the information I could make out from the submittal package.
There may be additional properties. The submittal requirements note that letters of intent
must be submitted prior to scheduling a public hearing, while this requirement has been
waived by the CPES Director, a status on the negotiations between the developer and the
property owners would be beneficial as part of the staff report for the project.

north driveway should not be built, just the access ramp. Funds for sidewalk will then need
to be provided for the 120+/- feet such that it can be extended with future development.
