Re- Milestone Drive and Timberline Farms Cornerstore P.U.D.
Dear David,
We have received the final right-of-way dedication documents for Milestone Drive and will be
going to the City Council on the 30th of July for acceptance. The documents have been properly
corrected and are acceptable to the Staff Normal processing will follow which consists of the
dedication being taken to City Council, with a group of other Staff approved easement and right-
of-way documents, for acceptance under the heading of Routine Deeds and Easements. A motion
is made on the group as a whole, to accept or deny, as required by state law. The decision
generally follows Staff s recommendation, which in this case, Staff has no further discrepancy
with and are recommending acceptance.
