KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the undersi ned, being the owners and proprietors of Lots 13, 14, 15
and
16, South 13 Subdivision, situate in the Northwest 114 of Section 12, Township 6 North, Range 69 West of the
Sixth P.M., County of Lorimer, State of Colorado, containing 42,000 square feet, more or less, have caused the
above
described land to be surveyed and subdivided into lots to be known as the AMENDED PLAT OF LOTS 13, 14, 15
AND 16, SOUTH 13 SUBOMSION, and do hereby dedicate and convey to and for public use forever hereafter the
streets as are laid out and designated on this plot, and do also reserve perpetual easements for the installation
