Notice is hereby given on behalf of TST, Inc. Consulting Engineers, by Paul Frederick
Klemperer as the Professional Land Surveyor in responsible charge of the preparation of the
legal description and exhibit for the document recorded at Reception No. 2006-0068878 in the
records of the Larimer County Clerk and Recorder on September 81h, 2006, that
1) The bearing and distance from the Point of Commencement to the Point of
Beginning identified as N71 °58'27"W, 225.16 feet, should in fact be identified as
N18°21'15' W, 2368.07 feet.
