LANDSCAPE NOTES
1. All grassed areas will be sodded.
2. Maintenance of all plantings and grassed areas is to be undertaken by the Association of
the commercial venture.
3. All landscaped areas are to be irrigated with a fully automatic sprinkler system. Grouped
planting areas that are boarded into planting beds will receive a drip irrigation system.
Single trees and shrubs are to be cut into the areas. Grouping of plants will be surround-
ed by metal edging or concrete curbs. These areas will be mulched and receive an underlay-
ment of a moisture permeable nature to inhibit weeds.
4. Mulch Is to be placed in depths of a minimum of 4".
5. Mulch is to be pine pole peelings.
6. Trees shown by a light ring are provided by the developer.

Plpcnit3ng on this site is used to soften architectural lines of the buildings, buffer views of
skt�#t$e zones, and provide for shade in parking and pedestrian zones. The concept allows for

7. The limits of the landscaping turf cover for Phase 1 are to be approximately 30 to 35 feet
from back of curb. This Phase will extend to meet the limits of the First Phase and in areas
where the -construction of Phase 2 disturbs Phase 1, this new construction will replace any
damaged material to provide a continuous landscaping effect.
8. The trees that are shown bold and with a letter designation are the new plantings for this
Ph4se. The plants shown light are the plants bid by Phase 1 and will be provided by the
Developers of Phase I.
