Clean Irrevocable Letter of Credit No. IMG1-746-384379 for an aggregate
amount of One Hundred Forty Five Thousand Four Hundred Seventy Six U.S.
Dollars ($145,476.00) effective immediately and expiring at Citibank,
N.A., 641 Lexington Avenue, New York, New York 10043, with our close of
business June 30, 1989.
Funds are available against your sight draft(s) drawn on us, mentioning
our Letter of Credit No. IMG1-746-384379 dated July 8, 1988, accompanied
by your signed written statement reading as follows:
"The public improvements adjacent to the R.P. Plaza Project have not been
performed by College Avenue Joint Venture."
We hereby engage with you that draft(s) drawn under and in compliance with
the terms of this Letter of Credit will by duly honored upon proper
presentation to our 641 Lexington Avenue Office,7°-3rd floor.
Unless otherwise stated, this credit is subject to the Uniform Customs and
Practice for Documentary Credits (1983 Revision) of the International
Chamber of Commerce Publication No. 400�
