Dear Mr. and Mrs. Stark:
Staff has reviewed the Stark Group Home and has the following comments:
1. A water meter will have to be installed on the home's water service line
so that the account can be converted from flat rate to metered.
2. Please contact the Poudre Fire Authroity, Bob Poncelow, for any fire or
life safety regulations that might apply.
3. More information regarding number and frequency of visiting nurses to the
home is to be provided. Off-street parking spaces are to be provided for
their use.
4. The curb cut onto Prospect Street is to be closed. All access to the home
is to be taken from the existing curb cut on Sheeley Drive.
5. The group home will be limited to 6 adult patients and 2 owners of the
home. Parking for the patients will not be permitted.
This item will be considered at the December 19, 1983, Planning and Zoning
Board meeting.
