Here are my comments -
General -
Use the Standard City signature block on the sheets.
Identify the ROW/Property line and label.
Add the legal under the title - Blocks 1, 2, 3, and 4, of Moore-S 2nd Addition
Need to provide the curb detail.
Where you have text over x-hatching the area needs to be whited out behind the text, so it is
readable.
Add the following notes to the plans:
*Damaged curb, gutter and sidewalk existing prior to construction, as well as streets, sidewalks,
curbs and gutters, destroyed, damaged or removed due to construction of this project, shall be
replaced or restored in like kind at the Developer's expense prior u the acceptance c completed
improvements. The limits of the repairs will be identified in the field by the City Engineering
Inspector prior to and over the course of the project and will not field
shown it the plans.
*Limits of street cut are approximate. Final limits are to be determined w the field by the City
Engineering Inspector. All repairs to be in accordance with City street repair standards.
*Expansion material is required on each end of Section BB in detail D-10.

*The sidewalk thickness of 6 inches in the Sidewalk Section supersedes the sidewalk thickness
*The sidewalk shall meet ADA standards where it ties into the driveways.
Sidewalk section shown -
The maximum x-slope to meet ADA standards is 1/4"/ foot, so your note #3 needs to be
changed.
Sidewalks are to be built 6 inches thick not 4 inches as shown.
The minimum concrete strength is 4000 PSI not the 3500 you have noted in note 1. The mesh is
okay.
