Dear Ed:
Staff has reviewed 4Z e Continental Plaza PUD Ph a 2, Final, and has the
following comments.
1. Compact spaces are to measure 8.5 feet in width.
2. Compact parking spaces are to be designated on site.
3. Drive -up lanes are to be 9 feet in width.
4. Staff questions whether enough stacking space has been provided in the
drive -up lanes.
5. The site plan should indicate right-in/out only signage to be provided
at the Horsetooth curbcut.
6. The exit drive out of the drive -up should be redesigned for smoother
traffic flow.
Revised site, landscape, and utility plans must be submitted by Wednesday,
February 9, 1983. An 8z"x11" reduction of the site and landscape plans,
and colored renderings are to be submitted Wednesday, February 16, 1983.
