West and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto; beginnina at the South-
west corner of above said Section 27, thence South 89043'00" East 90.00 feet; thence j

West 60.00 feet; thence South 89043'00" East 20.00 feet; thence South 00°01'46" East

Upon the permanent abandonment of the use of said premises by Grantee, its
successors or assigns, the right hereby granted shall cease and Grantee shall remove
all above ground facilities.
The above easement shall be binding upon, and shall inure to, the benefit of

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the undersigned being the owners and proprietors of
the following described land to -wit do hereby dedicate and convey to and for public use,
forever hereafter, utility easements as described below:
