PZ89-3 OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS S '� DEDICATING A UTILITY AND ACCESS EASEMENT ON LOT 2, OF SOUTHMOOR VILLAGE EAST SECOND FILING WHEREAS, Section 2-353(4) of the Code of the City of Fort Collins authorizes the Planning and Zoning Board to dedicate easements and rights -of -way, by resolution or by approval of replats containing notation of such dedication and WHEREAS, the owner of Lot 2, of Southmoor Village East Second Filing City of Fort Collins, Larimer County, Colorado, has submitted a Deed to dedicate a utility and access easement on said Lot 2; and WHEREAS, the access and utility easement is necessary for the development of lot 1, of Southmoor Village East Second Filing. NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins that the utility and access easement, more particularly described on the attached Exhibit "A," is hereby be dedicated. Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins held this 22nd day of May, A.D. 1989.
