1. The outside boundary and legal description do close. There are 2 calls in the legal
description that do not match the boundary.
2. There is a typo error in the legal description. The section # is incorrect.
3. The Southwest Corner, as described, does not match the City's records.

Sanitary sewer easement: From what I understand, there are two separate types of
easements existing; please see attached agenda item summary for more information.
Please provide documentation of what exists. I think the reception number given for the
sewer easement is incorrect, and is instead the number referring to the quit claim deed.
