To whom it may concern,
On August 28, 1992 I discussed with Richard Rutherford of James H. Stewart and
Associates the storm drainage from my building located at 3509 S. Mason St.
Ft. Collins, Colorado lot number 24 South Mesa Subdivision. It was my under-
standing that a swale located with the low point at the south property line of
said lot 24 and sloping east to carry the run off water would be constructed.
The drainage would turn and slope south just west of the existing Veternarian
building or the East end of the proposed parking lot.
This proposal would be satisfactory with me so long as no portion of the swale
would be at a higher elevation than the top of the foundation of my building
and adequate slope away from my building and along the length of the Swale would
be adequate to carry the runoff water.
If you have any questions or if I can be of any further assistance please call me
at 226-1900.
Thank you for considering my property in designing the storm water drainage from
the proposed parking on the property adjacent to mine.
Sincerely youurrs
