Hi Susan,
I'm reviewing Magnolia West, which you probably haven't done yet since it's not due for quite
a while. The hearing officer imposed a condition that they must pave the alley along Lot
2 for 20 feet behind the sidewalk. I'm not sure if you were aware of the condition or if it was
incorporated into the utilty plans? It's not showing on the site plan, so if you can look for
that when you review the project, that would be great.
