The applicant for the Frey Street Cottages PDP has requested a utility coordination meeting to discuss
service connections to a proposed multi -lot, single family subdivision. The property is located on the
southeast corner at the intersection of LaPorte and Frey Street.
The meeting is scheduled for 2:00 pm next Wednesday the 11th immediately following the DCP meeting
scheduled for the Hilton Garden Inn hotel project. Please let me know as soon as possible if you are
unable to attend this meeting and cannot send a representitive.
