both lots 1 and 2. However, Sheet 4 of the Utility plans still do not show this improvement.
Please add the sidewalk to the Timberline frontage of lot 2 and indicate this on the utility
plans.
[7/5/05] With regards to the planned sidewalk on the Timberline frontage, the
utility/landscape plans and the site plan are presenting different information. The utility and
landscape plans show the walk to be constructed to (almost) the northern property line of
the ODP. The site plan shows the sidewalk ending at the northern boundary of THIS piece
of the ODP. What is the extent of the intended improvement?

[4/18/061 Thanks for moving the bike rack to the new location - it will work much better
there. One question though, it needs to be located on a concrete pad (bolted down) and
none of the plans are clear if this is the intent. Please clarify.
[11/29/05] Minor comment - the bike rack location is not very proximate to the building
entrance. Please refer to the red -lined site plan for a more suitable location. Thanks.

clear - Because this property is also developing lot 2 at this time (pond for this development)
the money for this portion of Timberline will need to be put up with this project. Thus a cash
escrow for the entire Timberline frontage (Lot 1 and Lot 2) will be required prior to the
issuance of a building permit.
[7/12/051 Will not need to construct the curb and gutter along Timberline Rd along the
frontage of this property at this time. In lieu of constructing it at this time the developer will
be required to provide a cash escrow of these costs prior to the issuance of a building
permit. A final design needs to be provided with this project. The sidewalk along Timberline
Rd will need to be installed with this project (you are showing this).
