RESOLUTION 87-155
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
RENAMING A PORTION OF TRADITION DRIVE TO MOSS CREEK DRIVE
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins has been petitioned
to rename a portion of Tradition Drive to Moss Creek Drive; and
WHEREAS, the street names of Tradition Drive and Moss Creek Drive are
platted and recorded both with the Clerk of Larimer County; and
WHEREAS, said street names have been discovered to be confusing to
utility providers and emergency service providers; and
WHEREAS, City agencies and utility companies have been contacted and
report no problem with the proposed change; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has duly followed City procedure as outlined
under Street Name Changes of the Department of Development Services
document entitled City of Fort Collins Development Manual; and
WHEREAS, the rights of the residents of the City of Fort Collins will
in no way be prejudiced or injured by the renaming of these two streets,
and
WHEREAS, the cost to the City in making the proposed change will be
negligible due to the changing of only one street sign.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that that portion of Tradition Drive that lies south of the
intersection of Wabash Drive be renamed as Moss Creek Drive.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Fort Collins this 20th day of October, A.D. 1987;::�Z7

RE -NAMING TRADITION COURT TO WINTER COURT
IN FOUR SEASONS P.U.D. FIFTH FILING
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins has been petitioned
to rename Tradition Court located in Four Seasons P.U.D., Fifth Filing; and
WHEREAS, the existing name is platted and recorded both with the City
Clerk and the Clerk and Recorder of Larimer County; and
WHEREAS, the applicant, Brown

WHEREAS, City agencies and Utility companies have been contacted and
report no problems with the proposed name change; and
WHEREAS, there will be no cost to the City in making the proposed
street name change to Winter Court; and
WHEREAS, the rights of the residents of the City of Fort Collins will
in no way be prejudiced or injured by the renaming of the street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the present name of Tradition Court, which is located in the
Planned Unit Development known as Four Seasons Fifth Filing, be changed to
Winter Court.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Fort Collins held this 7th day of July, A.D. 1987.
