RE: Amended - Address Change Memorandum

The previous memorandum mistakenly specified the addresses as Trestle Dr instead of Trestle Rd. For
clarification it has been redistributed.
There has hcen a significant change to the addressing of the Sidebill - Filing 2 plat (City of Fort Collins
reference - 5-252 42433) and the Sidehill - Filing 1 plat (City of Fort Collins reference = 5-248 #2379).
There were a couple of locations that had duplicate addresses between the plats and the Sidehill - Filing 2
was addressed in the wrong north, south hundred block.
The Sidehill - Filing 2 plat has been modified and has been re -distributed through our standard process.
The addresses in Sidehill - Filing 1 that are being changed are as follows.
Hereafter:
