The owner of Lot 19 in Block 19 within Westchase PUD, has requested and been granted an address
change of their current address of 2521 Trilby Rd. The new address will now be 6302 Westchase
Rd. This property is located on a corner lot, and the home that is being built will face Westchase
Rd.
Hereafter: 2521 Trilby Rd is now addressed as 6302 Westchase Rd. for Lot 19 in Block 19 within
Westchase PIJD.
