OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS CHANGING
THE NAME OF MGORUGH STREET IN THE 1400 AND 1500 BLOCKS
THEREOF. TO LONGS PEAK DRIVE
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins desires to correct
an inconsistency which has come to its attention, concerning the naming of
streets, and
WHEREAS, McHugh Street in the 1400 and 1500 blocks thereof, in no
way ties in or resembles a continuation of McHugh Street in the 1000 and 1100
blocks thereof, and there are no present plans for a joining of said two
portions of McHugh Street, and
WHEREAS, a petition has been presented to the City Council by all
of the owners in the 1400 and 1500 blocks on McHugh Street to change the name
thereof to Longs Peak Drive.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the name of the street heretofore called McHugh Street in the
1400 and 1500 blocks thereof, be and the same is hereby changed to Longs Peak
Drive.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council held this
10th day of October, A. D., 1963.
