RE: Address Change Memorandum
DATE: June 8, 2007
The owner of the property located at 406 Wood St. has requested and been granted an address
change for both lot 23 and lot 24 within block 294 of the West Side Addition. Lot 23 is a vacant lot
and lot 24 has the existing house located on it. Since there is no appropriate address which might be
assigned to a new house built on lot 23, we need to change the address of the current house on lot 24
to allow for an address on lot 23. We will address the vacant lot 23 as 404 Wood St., and change the
406 address to 402 Wood St. for the existing house located on lot 24.
Hereafter: The house currently located on Lot 24 of Block 294 within the West Side Addition, had
an address of 406 Wood St. and will now be changed to 402 Wood St. Also, the vacant lot 23 north
of the existing house which is to be developed will carry an address of 404 Wood St.
Please update your records to reflect this change.
