An address change request submitted for by Centennial Bank of the West has been approved by the
City of Fort Collins. The Bank was addressed at 1263 E. Magnolia Street. This branch of the
Centennial Bank of the West will now carry an address of 1210 E. Mulberry Street and no longer
be addressed off of E. Magnolia Street.
Hereafter: The Centennial Bank of the West has changed its address from 1263 E. Magnolia
Street, to 1210 E. Mulberry Street.
Please update your records to reflect this change.
