RE: Address Change Correction Memorandum

The contractor building the duplex on Lot 4 of Laurie Ann Estates ( ref. L-48 #1047), a corner lot, used the
1018 Cuerto Lane address when applying for the building permit. The building actually faces on to Terra Lane
and the 1049 Terra Lane address should hope been utilized.
Hereafter: 1018 Certo Lane will be 1049 Terra Lane.
1 sent out the above Memo on October 13, without noticing the spelling of the streets named. The
Street names should be spelled: Cuerto Lane and Tierra Lane. I am sorry for any inconvenience that
this may have caused you.
Hereafter: 1018 Cuerto Lane will be 1049 Tierra Lane.
Please change your records to reflect this change.
