Lot 49 of Hearthfire PUD I" Filing will now carry the address of 1233 Town Center Dr. It
previously held an address of 3215 Town Center Ct. It is a comer lot and the home being built will
have its primary access off of Town Center Dr. Therefore, the 1233 Town Center Dr. will now be
the current address for this lot.
Hereafter: Lot 49 of Hearthfire PUD V Filing is now addressed as 1233 Town Center Dr, and no
longer holds the 3215 Town Center Ct address.
