The Fossil Lake Ranch Architectural Review Committee has reviewed and accepted your plans,
submitted for the referenced lot as noted: Since house is on corner lot, rear setback at west

The Top of Wall elevation shall be set at a minimum of 4913.0' as shown on the drainage and
grading plan submitted with your blueprints and based on the grading plan prepared by Northern
Engineering. Any variations or additions to this approved plan must lie submitted to the Committee
for approval prior to installation. Any and all landscaping, fencing, or other improvements to the
home on the property, including changing exterior paint colors, must be approved before
installation. Purchases of this home from the builder must be informed of this ppliev by the
builder.
Neither the Architectural Review Committee, Declarant, nor their successors, shall be liable for
damages to anyone submitting plans to them for approval by reason of mistaken judgment,
negligence or nonfeasance arising out Of. or in com�ection with, the approval or disapproval or
