OF THE DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY PLANNING AND ENVIROMENTAL
SERVICES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
VACATING PORTIONS OF THE DRAINAGE EASEMENT LOCATED ON
BLOCK 11, LOTS 17 THROUGH 23, BLOCK 12, LOTS 10 THROUGH 22 and LOTS 34
THROUGH 40, BLOCK 13, LOTS 1 THROUGH 8, BLOCK 18, LOTS 1 THROUGH 9,
BLOCK 20, LOTS 3 THROUGH 7 OF SIDEHILL, FILING TWO
WHEREAS, Section 2.1.5 of the Land Use Code of the City of Fort Collins
authorizes the Director of Community Planning and Environmental Services to vacate
certain easements by resolution or by approval of replats containing notation of such
dedication; and
WHEREAS, the Owner has requested that the City vacate portions of drainage
easement on Block 11, Lots 17 through 23, Block 12, Lots 10 through 22 and Lots 34
through 40, Block 13, Lots 1 through 8, Block 18, Lots 1 through 9, Block 20, Lots 3
through 7, Sidehill, Filing Two, more particularly described on Exhibits "A", "B", "C", "D",
"E", "F" and "G"; and
WHEREAS, the vacation has been reviewed and approved by the pertinent City
Departments, which departments report no objection to the vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Director of Planning and
Environmental Services of the City of Fort Collins, that portions of a drainage easement
on Block 11, Lots 17 through 23, Block 12, Lots 10 through 22 and Lots 34 through 40,
Block 13, Lots 1 through 8, Block 18, Lots 1 through 9, Block 20, Lots 3 through 7 of
Sidehill, Filing Two, and more particularly described on Exhibits "A", "B", "C", "D", "E", "F"
and "G", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, are hereby vacated.
Passed and adopted by the Director of Community Planning and Environmental
Services of the City of Fort Collins this day of October 2006.
