KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the undersigned Multimedia Holdings Corp.,
being the owner of certain real property in Larimer County, Colorado legally described at
Reception No. 93 023 870 in the Larimer County Records, in consideration of Ten Dollars
($10.00) in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and other good and valuable
consideration, does hereby dedicate, transfer, and convey to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, a
Municipal Corporation, for public use forever a permanent right-of-way for public street
purposes in the City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado, more
particularly described on Exhibit "B" and Description "B" attached hereto and by
this reference made a part hereof.
It is understood by the undersigned that, by acceptance of this dedication, the City of Fort
Collins will not accept the duty of maintenance of such right-of-way unti 1 permanent
improvements have been made and accepteIA City.

Northwest Quarter of Section 18, Township 7 North, Range 68 West of the 6a' Principal
Meridian, City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado being more
particularly described as follows:
Considering the Southerly line of said Riverside Subdivision Sixth Filing as bearing
North 63°14'30" West and with all the bearing contained herein relative thereto:

RE: REQUEST TO VACATE A UTILITY EASEMENT
Attached for your review and comment is a sketch showing a utility easement that was plated
with the Riverside Subdivision 151 and 6th. The Fort Collins Coloradoan Expansion, a current
development proposal, would like to vacate the 10' utility easements as shown.
Please let me know if you have any problem with the easement vacation request OR if any
Portion of the existing easements must be retained for your use. Sign and return any comments
to Susan Joy in the Development Review Center by January 9, 2004. If we do not hear from you
by this date, we will assume you have no objections to the proposed vacation. Please call Susan

Here is the Exhibit of the Easement that we are interested in Vacating. Could you please forward
this to the appropriate Entities for verification of Utilities present? Please feel free to contact me
if you have any questions or comments concerning this transmittal.
Based upon the exhibit (attached), Northern Engineering Services, Inc would like to request a
formal review for this and other easements to be vacated and are as follows; The 10' Utility
Easement that is located on the northeast property line of both the I e7 filing and the 6`" filing,
which have a total length of 510.00 feet. Along with the 10' Utility Easement that are located on
the northwest property lines of the 2nd filing and the I'I filing, with a length of 250.32 feet. Also,
a 10' Utility Easement located on the southeast property line of the 1 u filing and 6s1 filing with a
length of 231.57 feet. Which also including a 6' Utility Easement, located on the southwest
property line of the 6d' filing, with a length of 160.07 feet. All of which have an overall area of
10720 sq. ft. or .246 Ac..

We are returning 5 different deeds signed for Multimedia Holdings Corp. From a check
and double check with Transnation Title, record title is in Fort Collins Newspapers, Inc., a
Colorado Corporation; however, as a result of corporate merger and name change, title is now in
Multimedia Holdings Corporation, a South Carolina Corporation.
We are handing you 5 deeds for the Dedication for an Easement as follows:
An approximately 15 foot utility easement;
An emergency access easement;
Another utility easement for 588 sq. ft.;
A 20' drainage easement;
An additional right-of-way dedication to Riverside Avenue.
One Easement was corrected to show it was for Riverside Right -of -Way and not a utility
easement and needs to be resigned.
I have signed the Attorney's Certification for each.
