OWNERS: McKee Brothers, LLC Mr. Craig McKee 221 East Lincoln Avenue Fort Collins, CO 80524 PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Request to accept a drainage and utility easement on Lots 4 and 5 , Block 306 of the Capitol Hill Addition Subdivision, more particularly described on Exhibit"A". RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of Resolution PZ07-07 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: A drainage and utility easement is being dedicated as a blanket easement on the above described property to facilitate utility service connections and required drainage improvements such as detention and water quality ponds.
