2. TREES SHALL NOT BE PLANTED CLOSER THAN 4 FEET TO ANY GAS LINE AND NO CLOSER THAN
10 FEET TO ANY WATER OR SEWER LINE. SHRUBS SHALL NOT BE PLANTED CLOSER THAN 4
FEET TO ANY WATER OR SEWER LINE TREE PLANTING SHALL BE COORDINATED WITH PUBLIC
SERVICE COMPANY. LOCATIONS OF ALL UTILITIES SHALL BE VERIFIED IN THE FIELD PRIOR TO
PLANTING. A HORIZONTAL DISTANCE OF 4C BETWEEN STREET TREES AND STREET LIGHTS
SHALL BE MAINTAINED.
3. LANDSCAPING SHALL BE INSTALLED OR SECURED WITH A LETTER OF CREDIT, ESCROW, OR % OF
THE VALUE OF THE LANDSCAPING AND INSTALLATION PERFORMANCE BOND FOR 125
PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
4. DEVELOPER SHALL ENSURE THAT THE LANDSCAPE PLAN IS COORDINATED WITH THE PLANS
