RE: DDA Agreement for 351 Linden Street
Attached for your signature is an agreement between the Downtown Development
Authority and 351 Linden Street, LLC. The DDA has requested your signature as
confirmation that the City has collected funds from 351 Linden Street, LLC, in which per
this agreement, the DDA will reimburse the funds to the developer. I can confirm that
the developer did provide funds to the City in satisfaction of the requirement in the
developer's development agreement. Paul Eckman has reviewed both the original
development agreement and this agreement and has indicated no objection to your
signing of the attached document. Please inform me of any questions or concerns you
might have.
