Utility Easement Vacation
The Xcel Energy Company of Colorado, previously known as Public Service Company
of Colorado, hereby vacates a portion of its utility easement granted by the instrument
recorded June 22, 1966 in Book 1332 at page 210. The vacated portion is more
specifically described on the attached legal description (Exhibit A) and depicted on the
attached Utility Easement Vacation drawing (Exhibit B).
