(6/10/05] In consultation with Technical Services, please provide/clarify the following on the
plan:
1) Indicate/label the presence of the alley and Whitcomb adjacent to drawing. Label the
right of -way widths of these (alley - 20', Whitcomb -100') and have the right-of-way shown in
relation to the existing improvements (the right-of-way on Whitcomb is 20' back from the
existing flowline of Whitcomb).
2) Show dimensions to have the existing buildings tied in some way to the property
boundary and locate -able.
3) Please move the title block (and associated information below the title block) further down
to provide at least a 1 inch margin from the top of page.
