There is an existing paved parking area along the alley and an existing handicap parking space on Cherry Street that served the child care center. As indicated by zoning the rear fence should be moved west if the existing trees allow it. [9/3/04] How deep are the parking stalls? They do not appear to meet minimum standards. The alley width does not appear to meet minimum standards for a drive isle. There is parking area to the east of this site along the alley.
