This is a Basic Development Review proposal to convert an existing
child care center to an adult/respite care facility. There is an existing
paved parking area along the alley and an existing handicap parking
space on Cherry Street that served the child care center.
All comments must be returned to Peter Barnes in Zoning by October 4,
2004. PLEASE ENTER YOUR COMMENTS IN DMS.

[10/5104] Thanks for the dimensions -the parking stalls do not meet the parking stall depth
or isle width requirements. As indicated by zoning the rear fence should be moved west if
the existing trees allow it.
[9/3/04] How deep are the parking stalls? They do not appear to meet minimum standards.
The alley width does not appear to meet minimum standards for a drive isle. There is
parking area to the east of this site along the alley.

[913/041 This site will not be required to do alley improvements at this time with this project,
but will be required to participate in future alley improvements at such time that they are
done or required adjacent to this site. Participation shall include but not necessarly be
limited to the cost of design and construction of future improvements adjacent to the site.
