• Please provide additional existing spot elevations on 10th and Romero Street in order to
demonstrate that drainage from the roads does slope away from the site. Flow arrows
and/or cross slope labels should also be provided.
• Please provide additional information (spot elevations) for the access ramps to help verify
that these ramps can be built in accordance with drawing 1607(a) such that grades along
the ramps are to standards.
• The variance request submitted by North Star Design was approved. A formal response
indicating this is forthcoming.

[2/25/05) The plans call for outfall curb and gutter along the street, this will help eliminate
any concentrated flows onto the property to the south. Please call out more grade
elevations in the street, along 10th Street to verify that the site will drain towards the street
and away from the gutter.
